organizations. Mr. McSweeney was President and Chief Operating Officer
of Claims Administration Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of CNA,
responsible for leading a $2.2 billion group healthcare and benefits
enterprise. He was COO of a Blue Cross Blue Shield plan and was an executive with United Healthcare.
